As a Contracts Administrator at Ivory Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers with procurement tasks. This includes inviting and evaluating proposals for various projects, such as capital works, playgrounds, park upgrades, buildings, and stormwater. You will also handle queries, edit contracts using standard templates, and review insurance and other approvals before projects start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contract documentation and assist with reporting milestones
  • Receive, register and allocate extension of time, requests, progress claims, invoices and variations from contractors
  • Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Provide regular updates to contractors
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or relevant qualifications
  • Prior exposure working in the construction industry is essential
  • Technical understanding of contract contracts and management
  • Time management and great communication skills, to communicate, resolve issues and negotiate
