- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports on project activities to ensure transparency and successful milestone delivery.
- Executive Support: Provide executive support, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing conferences.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, maintaining registers, and preparing reports.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Procurement: Ensure procurement activities adhere to departmental policies and deliver value for money.
- Research: Conduct research on property industry trends and prepare advice to support informed property decisions.

About You:
