Job Opportunity

Hitachi Construction Machinery is seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to support our dealers and overseas suppliers of construction and mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain purchase orders and equipment records in a database management system.
  • Maintain shipping documentation and records, and provide backup support to the finance team.
  • Process equipment quotes and place orders on behalf of dealers.
  • Maintain transfer pricing for dealers.
  • Reconcile and monitor monthly dealer orders.
  • Invoice monthly equipment rentals.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the procurement function.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A few years of work experience in a similar role is advantageous.
