Customer Service Representative Job
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a frontline troubleshooter, you will provide exceptional sales skills and resolve issues for customers over the phone or email.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced work environment and under pressure. Previous customer service or industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve customer issues and concerns in an efficient manner
- Learn and stay up-to-date with products and services, and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Assist customers with accurate and timely order placement, tracking, and processing
- Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
