Ecommerce Customer Service Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to manage customer orders and bookings globally.

This role involves exercising judgement and adhering to warranty and returns policies. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders, booking couriers, organising replacement parts for warranty claims, processing trade and NDIS orders, and communicating with customers directly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication and attention to detail skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a professional approach and positive attitude.

  • Shopify knowledge
  • Shipping carrier knowledge
  • Ability to learn specific product knowledge on the job
Benefits:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year salary

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends
