At a leading organization, we are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Associate to join our team at our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes meet our high standards and quality expectations.

This role is part of our ecommerce picking-packing team and requires the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing online orders with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce picking-packing team
  • Collaborating with the Customer Happiness team to resolve customer complaints
  • Performing administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels and processing cancellations
  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
  • Labeling and releasing stock and orders
  • Maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ensuring compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
  • Verifying inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate multiple programs
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
