Dynamic Salesforce Solutions Architect for Energy and Utilities Sector

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce, particularly in the energy and utilities sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and innovation by delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, system integration, and solution design, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver compelling Salesforce solutions to clients in the energy and utilities sectors, ensuring alignment with Gentrack's product and enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with global Salesforce teams, product teams, and demonstration teams to leverage global capabilities and strengthen local solution designs.
- Participate in discovery activities, pre-sales and post-sales, to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and the utilities sector.
- Develop and maintain expertise in Salesforce E&U, Service Cloud Voice, and other related technologies.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce, with a proven track record in system engineering, architecture, and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce E&U, Service Cloud Voice, and other related technologies.
- Experience in system integration, data management, and customer engagement within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Industry knowledge in the energy and utilities space, including typical workflows, data concepts, and retailer operations.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (Application, B2C, or B2B) held or study plan/partial competency underway.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing presentations and demonstrations.
