About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join a high-impact digital transformation program, delivering cutting-edge solutions for a key public sector client. This role will focus on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, and Apex development.

You will play a critical role in defining solution architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices. As a trusted technical advisor, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on LWC and OmniStudio
  • Translate business requirements into high-level architecture and technical designs
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural oversight across the solution lifecycle
  • Review code and provide guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations
  • Conduct technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural assessments
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD processes, source control, and release management
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory due to client security requirements)
  • Salesforce Certifications:
  • Certified Solution Architect
  • Certified System Architect
  • OmniStudio Consultant
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT
  • Extensive hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, including Public Sector Solutions
  • Deep knowledge of LWC, Apex, and OmniStudio components (e.g., DataRaptor, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures)
  • Proven experience in systems integration, data modelling, and guiding technical teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work across business and technical domains
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and driving architectural clarity
  • Agile delivery experience, including contribution to sprint planning and technical backlog refinement
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions
