About the Role

Are you a strategic problem-solver with deep technical expertise in Salesforce? Join J4RVIS as a Salesforce Solution Architect, where you'll lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that align with business goals and drive digital transformation.
You will be at the heart of our Salesforce engagements—working closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers to define, architect, and implement best-fit solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions. Your role will also involve guiding technical teams, ensuring architectural integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives through robust solution planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for complex Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform capabilities
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices
• Conduct architectural reviews, define system and application architecture, and oversee platform governance and performance optimisation
• Drive platform and technology option analysis—assessing trade-offs and recommending Salesforce-native solutions wherever possible
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver integrated solutions
• Provide architecture artefacts, technical roadmaps, and design documentation across transformation initiatives
• Mentor delivery teams and support technical up-skilling across engagements
• Support pre-sales and discovery phases by shaping solution proposals, defining architecture scope, and estimating effort
• Ensure effective integration with external systems through scalable APIs, middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft), and secure data models

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in architecting and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (or working towards it) with deep understanding of platform design principles
• Experience leading architecture for digital transformation projects and large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions)
• Strong knowledge of platform components such as Flow, LWC, Apex, APIs, and security models
• Ability to perform platform option analysis and recommend Salesforce-native and scalable alternatives
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate, and build trust with clients and internal teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in Salesforce delivery
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical design with business value and user experience
