Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Care Team at Regis Aged Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and clients, providing exceptional care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the Clinical Care Team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify residents' and clients' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication administration, wound care, and clinical support.
  • Participate in handovers with the Clinical Care Team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Valid qualification in nursing, with a strong understanding of aged care principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services, with a focus on resident and client-centered care.
