Collections Department Manager

We are seeking a skilled Collections Department Manager to lead our team in Perth CBD Head Office.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing team members within the collections department.
- You will manage workflows and rosters in line with workloads, ensuring departmental budgets and individual KPIs are met.
- You will ensure the highest standards of compliance to legislation, policies and procedures are met while focusing on the overall customer experience and effective team management.
You will work alongside other team leaders to provide guidance and leadership to your team of Customer Service Officers, managing escalated bad debt queries, feedback and complaints received from customers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have proven relevant experience in a leadership role in the customer service industry and/or contact centre.
- Show an unwavering passion for customer service and be confident and adaptable with strong negotiation skills.
- Exhibit a proactive nature, ability to take initiative and a professional approach to work.
- Have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and peers, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience.
