Seeking a retail professional to lead operations on a relief basis, managing day-to-day activities across various locations. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations, and driving sales through excellent customer service and strategic planning.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment, along with strong leadership and team management skills.Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations
  • Drive sales and profitability through excellent customer service and strategic planning
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing improvements where needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail or bottleshop environment
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the liquor, FMCG or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of liquor products and RSA certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
