Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential risks associated with change and contribute to developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A proven track record in leading change management roles, preferably within government or legal/policy departments.
  • Certification in Change Management (PROSCI / ADKAR/ or similar).
  • An in-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with the challenges faced by government agencies and a demonstrated ability to adapt to these complexities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
