Change Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Expert to join our Transformation Delivery team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational change, providing an overarching view of what is required to manage interdependencies and stakeholder relationships across a wide range of operational change initiatives.

About the Role
  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies across our operational change and project portfolio.
  • Enable successful transitions for individuals, teams and the organisation from current to future states.
  • Minimise resistance and increase adoption through effective change management practices.
  • BUILD organisational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

The Change Management Expert will contribute to:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including frontline teams, business leaders, and project teams.
  3. Communicating change effectively, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring seamless transitions.
  4. Mentoring and coaching employees to develop their change management skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, ideally gained in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services where navigating compliance and legislation is critical.
  • Experience working across multiple operational and/or strategic programs, working closely with senior leaders, managing competing priorities and dependencies across both small and large-scale change projects.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioural science concepts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change.
