About Our Role

Our organization is looking for a highly skilled ERP Transformation Expert to drive business transformation and lead organizational change. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, aligning with the program's goals and managing stakeholder engagement.

Leveraging Change Management Expertise

We require expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin) to deliver large-scale change programs. The ERP Transformation Expert must manage stakeholder communications, training, and adoption initiatives to support business readiness and sustainability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in change management and business transformation, preferably in ERP implementations. A strong background in SAP S/4HANA, including knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Clean Core Framework, is also required.

  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
