About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Business Partner to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our central services team, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the quality of care and service provided to our residents across a portfolio of homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and escalate risk of care failure relating to non-conformance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and clinical governance processes in collaboration with home leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and Continuous Improvement Framework.
  • Collaborate with organisational support services to ensure employees receive appropriate and relevant support and advice.
  • Assist in identifying staff knowledge gaps and develop training programs to address these gaps in quality, risk, and clinical areas.
  • Deliver training content set by Clinical Development and induct new Residential Aged Care Managers, Care Directors, and Clinical Care Coordinators to quality and clinical related areas.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in aged care or a clinically related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong relationship management and advanced influencing skills.
  • Highly developed written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level reflective and critical analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Government's reform Agenda.
