Behavioural Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalised support strategies for individuals with psychosocial and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with participants, their families and supports to provide proactive and trauma-informed approaches.
- Facilitate training and support for families and caregivers, and implement and monitor behaviour support plans.
This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to clients with psychosocial and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications and Skills- Relevant qualifications in an allied health discipline or similar (e.g. OT, Social Work, Psychology, Speech Pathology).
- Minimum core practitioner status and experience in developing and implementing behaviour support plans and conducting behaviour assessments.
- Experience working with individuals with psychosocial and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Adelaide, SA.
