Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead

Job Description:

The Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead VIC, SA and WA will oversee clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in assigned states. They will provide evidence-based clinical support that is in-line with NDIS guidelines and organizational policy and procedures.

  • Provide a high level of discipline-specific leadership across the team to support the development of our BSP supervisors – including travel to sites.
  • Oversee clinical and financial performance for the Positive Behaviour Support teams in assigned states.
  • Assess resources within your state and liaise with the internal team/National Clinical Lead to close resource gaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You are an Advanced/Specialist practitioner, per the NDIS Capability Framework, with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.
  • You have tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS .
  • Experience providing clinical and/or operational leadership with a BSP or multidisciplinary team.
