VIC Senior Behaviour Support Clinical Lead Job

Lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners across multiple states, overseeing clinical and financial performance and providing evidence-based support.
About the Role- Oversee clinical and financial performance for Positive Behaviour Support teams in assigned states.
- Provide high-level discipline-specific leadership to support BSP supervisors, including travel to sites.
- Provide evidence-based clinical support aligned with NDIS guidelines and Better Rehab policy and procedures.
- You are passionate about making a difference.
- You are an Advanced/Specialist practitioner, per the NDIS Capability Framework, with evidence of endorsement and portfolio.
- You have tertiary qualifications relevant to Behaviour Support.
- 5+ years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the NDIS.
- Experience providing clinical and/or operational leadership with a BSP or multidisciplinary team.
