We are seeking a skilled Hiring Manager Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to hire. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to write compelling job adverts to attract top talent. They will also utilize LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and track/report performance.

The Hiring Manager Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for all communication with candidates from application/approach until offer acceptance and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration.

The role requires knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance is essential.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
