The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for retail, able to drive sales growth and exceed targets. A Day in the Life

  1. Review sales and stock performance to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment and training programs to ensure a high-performing team environment.
  3. Collaborate with head office to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
  4. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations, from visual merchandising to customer service.

Key Qualifications
