We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to spearhead our international growth initiatives. As the leader of our global sales team, you will develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and foster strong relationships with key clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must have 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, with a focus on global markets. Your proven leadership skills and ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams will be essential in driving our international expansion. Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and competitive analysis are also crucial. Additionally, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive global business development strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, evaluate the competitive landscape, and identify potential partnerships.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
