Clinical Lead in Palliative Care

This role offers a chance to lead and develop advanced clinical care services within a supportive and palliative care environment. As a skilled nurse consultant, you will provide expert guidance, leadership, and consultancy to multidisciplinary teams.
- Promote evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues across various disciplines.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and education programs relevant to the clinical specialty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in palliative care, cancer care, advanced, or aged care nursing, with a minimum of five years of experience in a speciality field. Postgraduate qualifications and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Requirements:- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum five (5) years full time equivalent post-registration experience in a speciality field
- Postgraduate nursing/midwifery qualifications relevant to the field
- Demonstrated experience in policy development, implementation, review, and redevelopment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to assess, plan, initiate, and manage complex cases
