As a key player in our urban renewal projects, you will be responsible for assessing property conditions and ensuring compliance with maintenance contracts. Your daily tasks will involve:

- Maintaining accurate records of work activities
- Identifying and reporting on property condition through desktop and on-site inspections
- Preparing detailed reports on property condition
- Ensuring appropriate maintenance processes are undertaken against agreed contractual standards
- Overseeing projects to ensure delivery in accordance with relevant legislation and government regulations
