Urban Development Project Lead
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead the delivery of urban development projects. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
">The role involves managing and delivering key urban development projects, including client management, staff supervision, and sub-consultant coordination. You will design and review civil works for urban developments, prepare stormwater and water/sewer designs, and undertake modelling to meet codes and guidelines.
">A strong understanding of Australian Standards, local council DCPs, WSUD principles, OSD requirements, and ARR guidelines is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, minimum 8+ years' post-graduate experience in urban development civil engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D or Civil 3D, DRAINS, and MUSIC.
