Job Description:
The primary function of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment. This involves ensuring seamless functionality of desktop devices and network connectivity, providing a reliable and productive workspace for users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network problems
  • Provide technical support via various channels, including phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintain and update desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers
  • Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks
  • Implement and maintain active directory policies and user accounts
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues
  • Manage and resolve user requests for IT support


Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
  • Understanding of hardware components and peripherals
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills


Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
