Job Description

The Desktop Network EUC IT Support is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment. The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless functionality of desktop devices and network connectivity, providing a reliable and productive workspace for users.

This involves troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware, software, and network problems, as well as maintaining and updating desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks, implementing and maintaining active directory policies and user accounts, and performing hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
  • Understanding of hardware components and peripherals
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
