We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Epworth HealthCare. As a key member of our Technical Services team, you will play a vital role in providing end-user device support across various Epworth sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in desktop support and be able to work independently and autonomously. You will also be required to collaborate with external vendors as needed.

  • Job Description: Provide day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the Service Desk, assist in the support of the desktop environment, including AV/VC & Telephony

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of desktop support experience
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Collaboration skills with external vendors
  • Edge networking configuration and management experience
