Job Title: Regional Operations Leader

The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing a new service in the Western Metropolitan region, coordinating the delivery of services and developing strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve performance targets.

Duties:
  • Provide high-level management, clinical, and forensic expertise to the regional team.
  • Coordinate the implementation and operation of the regional team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the service model for regional forensic mental health services.
  • Coordinate the delivery of interventions and reports.
  • Provide advice on emerging issues likely to impact the regional team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a demonstrated commitment to mental health consumer recovery and possession of relevant tertiary qualifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in undertaking comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, and in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical mental health interventions.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
