We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, based in Kalgoorlie. This is a unique opportunity to lead operations across the Goldfields—managing an exciting and diverse portfolio within the mining services and crane operations sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities across project, industrial, construction, and marine sectors.Financial Oversight: Drive the financial success of your region, managing budgets and improving profitability in line with business goals.Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and implement regional strategies that support company-wide objectives.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Supervisors, Crane Operators, Riggers, and Operational Staff—building capability and promoting a positive and productive culture.Operational Excellence: Work closely with planning teams and lift engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace health and safety, and ensure adherence to operational and commercial performance metrics.
