Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive subscription renewals, client satisfaction, and referenceability.
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution for assigned customers.
- Maintain customer relations and satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship-building.
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute proactive communication strategies, webinars, and lead generation initiatives for the installed base.
- Identify and develop opportunities to maximize passive revenue streams and drive sales operations efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business-facing roles, with a strong background in executive presentations, escalations, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM packages, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational behaviors, including planning, follow-up, and people service aptitude.
