**About the role**

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this varied and flexible role, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

  • Working as part of a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging, and safe group classes
  • Programming lessons
  • Providing customer service and membership administration duties, as required

**Our organization**

We are a life-changing charity that works in partnership with community and NSW Police to empower youth, get kids active in life, and reduce and prevent youth crime. We have over 100,000 members across 66 clubs in NSW.

**What we're looking for**

We're seeking someone who is passionate about sports and team building skills, has experience working with children, and can work independently and as part of a team. You'll need well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work flexibly, including afternoons, evenings, school holidays, and weekends.

**Schedule:** Afternoon shift, Day shift, Morning shift, On call, Weekend availability
