Production Planning Specialist

As a Production Planning Specialist, you will oversee the strategic management of internal and external supply chains for locally manufactured products. This involves analyzing demand and supply fluctuations to optimize production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market trends, propose optimal production plans, and manage procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters, and material master data.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Evaluate and implement validation protocols to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
- Develop qualification and validation procedures, train staff, and participate in risk assessments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in production planning and validation processes.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant certifications an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP R3, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 quality systems.
- Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
