
Electronic Patient Care Records Coordinator

The SA Ambulance Service is undertaking a major initiative to modernise its operations with the introduction of an electronic Patient Care Record system.
This exciting opportunity will shape the future of ambulance services in South Australia, enabling paramedics to record patient information more accurately and efficiently during emergencies.
As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful deployment of ePCR across the state, ensuring a seamless transition for frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining the Master Project Schedule, Risk Register, Issues Log and Action Registers in close collaboration with members and managers of the ePCR Project Team,
- Preparation of status reporting, including financial expenditure tracking, for the ePCR Program,
- Coordinating regular engagement with ePCR Project Team Leaders to maintain current awareness of project activities, progress, resourcing pressures and risks,
- Facilitating cross team communication and awareness of interrelated activities, dependencies or developments.
