Electronic Medical Record Support Specialist
The role of Electronic Medical Record Support Specialist is crucial in delivering exceptional care and promoting healthier lives. About the Position
This support specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new staff, including agency and locum workers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to use the eMR system effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality support to eMR users, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Conducting assessments to identify areas where additional training is required.
  • Developing and delivering education programs to enhance user knowledge and confidence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, applicants must possess:
  • Clinical expertise and/or in-depth understanding of healthcare workflows.
  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications and experience in adult learning facilitation.
