
Sydney Region Sales Growth Specialist

This role is focused on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Sydney region. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
The Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new leads across Sydney and surrounding areas
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with warehouse managers, logistics coordinators, and procurement teams
- Pitching tailored labour hire and unloading solutions to meet client needs
- Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals
- Providing regular sales activity and market trend reports to inform strategic decisions
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in labour hire, logistics, or industrial services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated individual with a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle, with a willingness to travel locally
