Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our retail network. We are seeking an experienced Dual Site Concession Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to make a significant impact in our concession pads. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Empowering the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
  • Working with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivating the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff, and possess excellent commercial acumen. They will also have a genuine desire to be part of our company and alignment with our values.
