We are seeking a high-achieving leader to drive team engagement and build a positive work culture.

The Role
  • Create a customer-centric environment, ensuring exceptional interactions with every customer.
  • Mentor and train staff, empowering them to achieve success.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop a successful concession pad strategy.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Implement operational excellence, manage staff rosters, and maintain back-office administration.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and alignment with our values.
