Key responsibilities

• Utilize available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
• Cultivate and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Maintain a safe workplace for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Develop and maintain the store roster, ensuring it is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering
• Model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success.

Attributes you possess

• Demonstrate a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentation
• Strong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience
• Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
• Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a team
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
