We are seeking a Concession Store Manager to deliver financial targets and key performance indicators for our concession stores.

As a customer-centric leader, you will create a warm and genuine in-store experience, drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and personal style.
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience in managing large teams, performance, productivity, training, and development.
  • Operational excellence, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
