Senior Technical Operations Specialist Position

This is a senior role that provides high-level technical support to project teams globally.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with project teams and clients to execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.
  • Manage complex tasks and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues internally and externally.
  • Be available to answer client questions about software and perform administrative functions to meet clients' needs.
  • Handle multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure smooth transition of work between shifts.
  • Develop analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Ensure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards.
  • Perform other tech-based special projects or duties when required.
  • Create custom scripts and tools to improve workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience in litigation technology or vendor side preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as computer sciences or information management.
  • RCA Certification.
  • Experience with Analytics, MS Office applications, and proficiency with Concordance and Summation.
  • Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas.
