**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cleanliness Assistant to join our team. As a Cleanliness Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents by ensuring all designated areas within our facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support our Residents by cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness as set out in cleaning and infection control manuals.
- Be of service and supporting the needs of our residents through interactions with residents, their family and visitors.
- Safe handling, cleaning and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Follow and complete the work schedule and duties of the shift rostered. Where required this could include: Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, as well as laundry duties.
- Communicate effectively with all employees to ensure teamwork and achievement of role is attained.
**Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
- Demonstrated high level of customer service skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Current NDIS Check.
- National Police Check.
