Senior Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and working towards sales targets. Your key responsibilities include quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets, supporting and handling walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately, maximising sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling, and monitoring and actioning all relevant mailboxes daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets. We are looking for someone with a minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, GDS experience, and excellent focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.

- You have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- You have a good understanding of the Cruise and Travel Industry, including product knowledge and pricing.
