We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead high-performing teams and deliver commercial project outcomes in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals with strong commercial acumen, sector knowledge, and expertise in financial accounting and reporting.

  • Establish and manage high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engagements, including stakeholder management, commercial outcomes, resourcing, and risk management.
  • Participate in overall practice strategy development and ensure high-quality deliverables tailored to client needs.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of finance function topics, from financial statement preparation to transaction advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including growing and maintaining long-term productive relationships.
  • Preparing and delivering proposals and realizing business development plans.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of client industry sectors, key performance drivers, business trends, and new technical and industry developments.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and industry standards.
