Job Title: Customer Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee customer operations, drive engagement, and maximize productivity using advanced technology.

This role involves optimizing the performance of Caterpillar Technology Products through collaboration with internal specialists, dealers, and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for technology deployments and operations on customer sites, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and direction to support multiple sites on a customer account, driving a values-based approach.
  • Serving as senior point of contact for Customers and Dealers on site operational, commercial, and business issues.
  • Partnering with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers, client personnel, Product Support staff, and Regional Operations/General Managers to allocate resources and resolve issues.
  • Aligning operational strategies with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
  • Delivering Technology Solutions with assigned customers, working collaboratively with Site Technology Managers.

Selection Criteria:

  • Mine site experience in technology, operations, or Dealer and Customer support roles.
  • Significant leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar Dealer operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues and collaborate with others.
