Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

As a senior quality professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our quality management system and certification process.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and certification processes according to relevant International Standards;
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management systems and certification processes;
  • Supervise and control the implementation of quality management systems and certification processes across all departments;
  • Organize internal audits and quality supervision plans, prepare reports, and ensure the continuous suitability and effectiveness of the company's quality management system and certification process;
  • Report on the establishment of quality policy and objectives to top management, and provide timely updates on the operation of quality system and certification process;
  • Develop training programs and examinations for personnel to ensure they meet quality management system requirements;
  • Establish, modify, and update quality system documents;
  • Coordinate and solve problems in quality management systems and inspection processes, propose corrective measures, and improve quality system and certification process;
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to conduct onsite auditing for Australian enterprises to obtain relevant Certification qualification;
  • Liaise with government agencies to assist Australian Enterprises to obtain qualification of products imported to China;
  • Assist Australian manufacturers to obtain legal qualifications for Chinese market sales, including GACC registration and Chinese Label design to meet Chinese National Standards;
  • Guide Australian enterprises on product registration in SAMR and NMPA.
