We're seeking an expert in AI and automation to drive business efficiency and growth.

This role will involve working at the intersection of process design, AI integration, and business transformation. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI, LLMs, and automation tooling, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mapping current systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Working with stakeholders to define automation opportunities with clear, measurable impact
  • BUILDING AND IMPLEMENTING AUTOMATION TOOLS AND INTEGRATIONS THAT STREAMLINE BUSINESS PROCESSES
  • Collaborating with functional leaders to ensure new solutions meet operational needs and are adopted effectively across the business
  • Embedding AI into existing workflows by integrating intelligent task automation into systems like Jira, Confluence, and Slack
  • Creating reusable templates, playbooks, and frameworks to support teams in scaling automation initiatives independently
  • Providing ongoing support post-deployment to ensure long-term success and continuous improvement of solutions
Your Background
  • Demonstrated ability to map processes end-to-end and build intelligent systems that reduce waste
  • Technically capable—comfortable building, testing, and iterating on your own where needed
  • Can work across functions and communicate clearly, translating business problems into simple solutions
  • A curious operator who's passionate about continuous improvement and scaling what works
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills—you're great at getting buy-in and bringing others along for the ride
