Automated Building Systems Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an expert in building automation systems to join our service team. This role will involve servicing and maintaining complex building automation systems and associated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission and troubleshoot building automation systems
- Analyze and rectify technical issues with equipment and systems
- Service and maintain installed equipment on existing sites
Requirements:
- Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions
- IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration skills
- BMS/DDC software engineering experience preferred
- 5 years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
- Commercial HVAC operational experience
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of Chiller/Boiler and Airside plant performance and design requirements
