Strategic Change Management Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Change Management Leader to drive impactful change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams, advanced change management capability, and strong project delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Transformational Change: Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes
  • Lead the Development of Change Management Practice: Lead the development of Customer Service's change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards
  • Continuously Improve Stakeholder Education: Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity
  • Align Operational Communications: Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our Customer Service North Star
  • Sustain Delivery Excellence: Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams
  • Critical Incident Communications: Own and optimise Customer Service's SharePoint and manage critical incident communications
  • Culture Embedment: Embed a customer-obsessed, high-performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development and succession planning
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Change Management Capability: Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments
  • Project Delivery Skills: Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders
  • Influencing and Negotiating: Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams
  • Digital Platform Management: Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
