**Our Casual Role**:
- **Operations Driver** - Our Operations Drivers are our team on the ground, driving service vehicles to manage our e-scooter fleet. This includes being in charge of a service vehicle (typically a van, ute or small electric vehicle) and picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high demand locations and swapping batteries. Primary KPIs for our Operations Drivers relate to the availability of our Neuron e-scooters and the ideal distribution of scooters in the city (rebalancing). As a driver you will work independently. This is a hands-on, high impact role that will suit people who love driving, love physical work and are looking for an exciting challenge.

**Role Requirements**:

- Ideally, the ability to work 20 hours (minimum) to 30 hours (maximum) per week.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry and manoeuvre 28-35 kg.
- A valid drivers licence is required.
- A personal smart phone is required.
- Self-starter who radiates positivity and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
- Passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Any further experience in mobility, transportation, logistics, etc. is advantageous.
